Rio Custom Travel Planning Questions and Answers
How much do I pay to start and how is the payment made?
I require the full payment, which is made by PayPal.​

How the itinerary is customized?
I will send you a Traveler Profile Questionnaire once I receive your travel planning request payment. With this form filled out, I will be able to understand your travel style, budget, and personal preferences.
How long it will take to get my itinerary?
I will send you the preliminary itinerary in 7 days once I receive all the informations I need providade by you, by filling out the Traveler Profile Questionnaire. Then, you will review the itinerary and share your initial thoughts on what I propose (this preliminary itinerary can be modified, free of charge, for up to 2 times).
How the arrangements are made?
For bookings that can be made in advance or don’t require full advanced payment, I will book them and you will pay when using the third part service. For arrangements that can be booked ahead of time (airplane tickets), I will send you a secure link so that you can pay for them. If you want me to book these services, I can do via my credit card (with no extra costs). But before purchasing the tickets, I will charge you the total amount by PayPal (with additional fee of 9%). Due to security reasons, I will not ask for credit card or other sensitive payment information from customers at any moment.
What if any service gets canceled?
I will notifie you as soon as I am informed of the change, and you will be refunded by the airline company, by the hotel, and by the tour guide/agency, when one of them is the responsible for the cancellation. I am not responsible for cancellations made by hotels, airlines, tours, etc. I recommend purchasing a travel insurance.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip after the service is done, there will not be a refund. What I could do is adapting the planning for your next trip, as long as you follow the same itinerary.
